We are in love with this fabulous old blue rustic cupboard from a French farmhouse. In it's original old layers of sky blue distressed chippy paint, it just has so much character. It was originally made using whatever pieces of wood were available and has had as many repairs over the years as it has had coats of paint!
 
The two doors open and close well with a shelved interior and original higgledy piggledy planked back lined with old paper. It has historic signs of woodworm which has been treated, whilst the chipped and crackling paint has been painted with a coat of stabilising treatment to ensure it doesn't flake off any further. The whole cupboard is still in good, sound and solid condition and will make a fabulous statement piece wherever it is placed.
